ANNA-BUD will rebuild and extend the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Warsaw

We have signed a contract for the reconstruction and expansion of the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Warsaw, at 63/75 Saska street according to the "design and build" formula.

The scope of the investment is wide and includes:

  • construction of an administrative and laboratory building of a public health care facility intended for the needs of the public blood service, connected to the central building of the RCKiK by a connector along with technical devices, internal and external installations necessary for the functioning of the facility and the facade,
  • renovation of display windows in the expedition room on the ground floor,
  • modernisation of the existing freezers on level -1 and modernization of the donors' changing rooms,
  • reconstruction of the cloakroom and equipping the cloakroom with automatic lockers for clothes on the ground floor, connection of the technical infrastructure of the building to the infrastructure of external media,
  • reconstruction of the existing sections of the network colliding with the planned building,
  • moving the existing rooms and devices from the currently operating garage and administration building to the newly designed building,
  • development of the area on the plot for the purposes of transport services and providing a paved pedestrian and driving routes,
  • liquidation of the existing pavement and construction of a new access to the main entrance of the building, a paved maneuvering area enabling a temporary stop of an ambulance (bus) for blood collection,
  • organisation of a place for municipal waste collection and development of green areas.
