On 04.04.2017 a contract was signed for the implementation in the General Execution System of the Logistics Centre in Płochocin in Wolska street. The contract includes the implementation of an office and social building, a warehouse and production building, a gatehouse with all internal and external installations and technological installations, connections, a transformer station, an above-ground fire water tank, a water retention tank and a communication system.

The investor is CONSORFRUT Polska sp.z o.o. based in Krakow.
