We are pleased to announce the completion of another investment project for Polish Retail Chain Lewiatan. This time, it was a modern commercial pavilion located in Chęciny, which our company built using the ‘design and build’ formula.

Comprehensive implementation from design to handover

The scope of work included the complete preparation of design documentation, obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, and then the comprehensive construction of the building with accompanying infrastructure. As part of the investment, we carried out, among other things: earthworks and foundation works, construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures, sanitary, electrical and mechanical installations, interior finishing and facade works, construction of a car park and traffic system.

A customer- and environment-friendly store

The retail pavilion in Chęciny was designed with functionality, user comfort and energy efficiency in mind. The facility is equipped with modern installations that reduce operating costs, and the entire project meets current requirements for accessibility for people with disabilities.

Long-term cooperation with Lewiatan

The investment in Chęciny is another project completed by ANNA-BUD for the Polish retail chain Lewiatan. We have been supporting Lewiatan's development for years, ensuring reliable workmanship, timeliness and the highest quality.

The new Lewiatan facility in Chęciny is another Lewiatan chain store completed by ANNA-BUD Construction Company. To date, we have completed Lewiatan retail, service and warehouse facilities in Kielce at Legnicka/Śląska Street and in the Ślichowice housing estate, in Radom at Jana III Sobieskiego Street, and in Piekoszów and Zagnańsk.
